Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased on Rbcosmetici.com are delivered throughout Italy exclusively via express courier. Our shipping service allows you to monitor the status of your order at any time, from departure from our warehouse until arrival at your home or office. If the package is unavailable, the buyer will be contacted to provide the courier with the necessary information to ensure successful delivery. The goods travel at our risk. In the event of theft/loss, RB Cosmetici undertakes to send a new product. If the product is unavailable and/or out of stock, we will offer a different product with equivalent characteristics. The customer has the right to refuse the new product and request a credit note for the product. The goods supplied must be paid for by advance bank transfer or cash on delivery. Products purchased on rbcosmetici.it will be delivered throughout Italy within 24-48 business hours (except for Sicily and Sardinia, where delivery is expected within 48-72 business hours) from receipt and payment of the order. Furthermore, for accurate and timely delivery, we recommend always providing a working mobile number. Obviously, we cannot guarantee delivery times as there are many variables that affect these times, many of which are beyond RB Cosmetici's control (e.g., strikes, weather events, special holidays, etc.). Therefore, if these times are not guaranteed, the customer will not be entitled to compensation.

IMPORTANT!

For all orders received after 2:00 PM, same-day processing is not guaranteed. Please note that the courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be held at the nearest branch. Our staff will notify the customer by phone and invite them to collect the package personally.
